This page explains payment authorization and the figures a customer reviews before placing an order with Xzva.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
Checkout payments are processed through PayPal. Options displayed inside PayPal may depend on the customer's location, account status, and PayPal's current eligibility rules. An order enters preparation only after successful authorization.
SSL ENCRYPTION & DATA PROTECTION
The Shopify storefront and checkout use encrypted HTTPS connections. Payment details entered in the payment flow are transmitted to the authorized processor rather than handled as ordinary store correspondence.
PCI-DSS COMPLIANCE LEVEL 1
Shopify maintains PCI-DSS Level 1 certification for its commerce platform, and PayPal applies its own payment-security controls. These controls support secure transmission and processing; customers should still protect account credentials and use trusted devices.
NO CREDIT CARD STORAGE
Xzva does not receive or retain complete card numbers or card security codes. PayPal handles complete payment credentials and returns only the limited transaction information needed to confirm, support, refund, or reconcile an order.
TRANSACTION CURRENCY & TRANSPARENCY
All storefront and checkout amounts are in United States dollars, shown with the $ symbol and USD currency code. The total final price, including applicable shipping costs, will be clearly itemized and displayed at the checkout page before you authorize payment. We never charge any hidden processing fees, handling fees, or unannounced taxes.

The customer can review or leave checkout before authorization. A duplicate, failed, or unrecognized attempt should be reported with the order email and available transaction reference, but never send a complete card number or security code.
TAXES AND DUTIES
No taxes, duties, or other government charges are added to the order at checkout. The checkout Tax line is $0.00 USD, and standard delivery is also $0.00 USD.
AUTHORIZATION, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Payment or order details may be checked when a transaction appears unauthorized or unusually high-risk. If an accepted cancellation or return results in a refund, it is issued through PayPal to the original payment route. Posting time after issuance is controlled by PayPal and the customer's financial institution.
