Return & Refund Policy

Xzva accepts returns for defective and non-defective products and accepts exchanges when replacement stock is available. The rules below describe eligibility, mailing, fees, inspection, and refund timing for outdoor camping shelters.

RETURN WINDOW

A return request must be opened within 30 days after delivery. Statutory remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded remain available beyond this store procedure where applicable.

RETURN CONDITION & ELIGIBILITY

Product condition accepted: new only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For tents, please keep the shelter body, poles or hoops, rainfly where supplied, stakes, guy lines, carry bag, instructions, and other listed components together. A customer may inspect the item as reasonably necessary, but outdoor use, soil, smoke, moisture damage, missing components, modification, or avoidable damage can affect eligibility unless consumer law provides a remedy.

RETURN PROCESS & RETURN ADDRESS

To begin, contact us at info@xzva.shop with the order number, checkout email, item name, and reason. Photos should be included for a damaged, defective, or incorrect delivery. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return method: by mail. Once a request is approved, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label. Return label method: Customer download/print. No return label is included in the original delivery package.

Pack the complete item securely, cover any old shipping label, and mail the approved parcel to: 24 Fowler Road, Merrylands, NSW 2160, Australia. Use only the carrier instructions supplied with the approved label so the parcel can be identified on arrival.

RETURN SHIPPING FEES

For every approved eligible return, the return shipping cost is covered by us. The customer is not charged for the pre-paid label. Costs created by an unauthorized shipment or a shipping method different from the approved instructions may not be reimbursed.

RESTOCKING FEE

Restocking Fee: No restocking fee will be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Inspect the parcel shortly after delivery. If the wrong model arrives, a listed component is absent, or transit damage is visible, send the order details and clear photos of the item, packaging, and delivery label. We will assess the evidence and offer an appropriate replacement, exchange, refund, or other remedy. These steps do not limit rights available under applicable consumer law.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges for eligible items when the requested replacement is available. The quickest review starts through info@xzva.shop; do not independently send the original item. If stock is unavailable, we will discuss a refund or another suitable resolution.

REFUND TIMEFRAME

After the returned parcel arrives, Xzva checks it against the approved request and emails the outcome. An approved refund is sent to the original payment method through PayPal. Please allow within 10 days for the credited amount to appear after approval, although a bank or payment provider may complete posting sooner. Contact us if more than 10 days have passed since the approval notice.
