These Terms govern access to xzva.shop and purchases from Xzva. By using the site or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the storefront. Non-excludable consumer protections continue to apply.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
You confirm that you have reached the legal age or age of majority in your place of residence, or that a responsible adult has authorized a dependent's use of the site. Products and services may not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and site use must not violate applicable law, transmit malicious code, interfere with security, or infringe another person's rights.
Product selection should be based on the published dimensions, capacity, materials, included pieces, and care notes. Outdoor conditions vary, so customers remain responsible for choosing a lawful campsite, following setup instructions, monitoring weather, and using the shelter within its stated design.
SECTION 2 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Catalog availability, site features, and future product offers can also change. A price change applies only before a new order is accepted.
Paid order prices are protected by law. We will not unilaterally increase the price of an accepted paid order before shipment. If a genuine listing or technical error prevents fulfillment, we will contact the customer and provide a lawful option, which may include cancellation and a refund to the original payment method.
SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Customers agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, delivery, and contact information and to update it promptly when needed. We may contact the customer to verify an address, payment, or order detail.
Xzva may refuse, limit, or cancel an order reasonably identified as fraudulent, unauthorized, abusive, or high-risk. Quantity limits may be applied where purchasing patterns suggest resale, payment misuse, or an attempt to disrupt store operations. A cancellation does not remove any refund or consumer right required by law.
PRODUCT INFORMATION AND SITE USE
We work to keep photographs, descriptions, prices, stock status, and package contents useful and current. Screen settings can affect colour appearance. If delivered goods materially differ from the listing or arrive defective, the Return & Refund Policy explains how to request review.
Text, graphics, photographs, layout, and branding on this website are owned by or licensed to APEX GROUP CO. PTY LTD. They may not be copied, scraped, republished, or commercially exploited without permission. Links to external services are supplied for convenience and remain governed by those services' own terms.
SECTION 4 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
